Artesanal jam Buccino Fattoria

Fattoria Buccino is a family business that is born in the town of El Colorado, department of Canelones, within the main production area of deciduous fruit trees in the country. There is our plantation of quinces, raw material for our products, which are made in our industrial plant located in the heart of the crop.

 

This proximity allows us to have great traceability and a special control of agricultural production, selecting the fruits in such a way that they are processed hours after their harvest in their right spot. This uniqueness, together with our desire to achieve traditional flavors, makes it possible for us to obtain products with unique characteristics.
